New journeys
Reservations & booking
For a new WestJet itinerary, prepare the dates, airports and travellers before opening the airline’s booking tools or contacting reservations.
- Compare the fare rules and the full price, including any channel or agency charge.
- Keep the confirmation from the seller that accepts the booking.
Existing tickets
Changes, cancellation & refunds
An amendment to a WestJet journey begins with the existing ticket and its issuer. Changing travel, cancelling travel and asking for money back are separate requests.
