A useful first step
Before you contact
Turkish Airlines
To follow up with Turkish Airlines, first identify the part of the service involved. Keep baggage documents separate from receipts for the flight itself. An available contact does not establish a response time.
- 01
Have the flight date and the six-character booking reference in your private notes.
- 02
Write down the result you are asking for: information, a different flight or a cancellation.
- 03
Ask the ticket issuer for a written explanation of a proposed change or credit.
