A useful first step
Before you contact
Air Canada
When you need to reach Air Canada, match the contact purpose to the question. Write down the result you are asking for: information, a different flight or a cancellation. Read the company’s latest instructions if your situation depends on a deadline.
- 01
Keep baggage documents separate from receipts for the flight itself.
- 02
Name the operating airline as well as the business that issued your ticket.
- 03
If you have already opened a case, continue with that reference rather than starting several requests.
