New journeys
Reservations & booking
For a new Aeromexico itinerary, prepare the dates, airports and travellers before opening the airline’s booking tools or contacting reservations.
- Compare the fare rules and the full price, including any channel or agency charge.
- Keep the confirmation from the seller that accepts the booking.
Existing tickets
Changes, cancellation & refunds
An amendment to a Aeromexico journey begins with the existing ticket and its issuer. Changing travel, cancelling travel and asking for money back are separate requests.
A useful first step
Before you contact
Aeromexico
The Aeromexico listing is a starting point for a direct exchange with the business. If you have already opened a case, continue with that reference rather than starting several requests. An available contact does not establish a response time.
- 01
Have the flight date and the six-character booking reference in your private notes.
- 02
Write down the result you are asking for: information, a different flight or a cancellation.
- 03
Ask the ticket issuer for a written explanation of a proposed change or credit.
